If your order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. However, you can redirect the package to a post office where you can then collect it from. You can redirect it via the tracking link sent to you by email. The option to redirect will become available once the package reaches a mailing centre.

No. We do not offer same day delivery. However, orders placed in the morning of a working day are dispatched on the same day. Else they are dispatched the next working day.

No the only method of payment we accept is credit/debit card via our highly secure payment gateway, Viva Wallet.

You may be able to use Apple Pay or Google Pay via Viva Wallet but not directly on our site.

Double check the order number. Sometimes when checkout is not completed in a single session, multiple orders are created in your account. The order number in your confirmation email should match the order in your account with the status of ‘Processing’.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept Paypal due to their terms and conditions regarding the nature of the products we stock.

In the event you change your mind you can get a refund provided the product/s are unused and still sealed in its original packaging. Simply reach out to us via the contact us page quoting your order number and we will send you the returns address.

If we cannot help you fix the fault we will provide you with a link to return the product back to us free of charge. You may opt for a replacement or a refund, both of which are applied once we receive the faulty product back and is inspected to ensure the fault was not due to user error.

If we dispatched your order on time then you will not be eligible for a refund on any postage costs for Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 services. This is because Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery time frames for these services. They are aims or estimates. We make no such guarantees either.

No, none of the products we stock will get you high or give you a buzz. All of our products are compliant with The Misuse of Drugs Act. This means all products will have less than 1000μg of controlled substances such as THC per container.

The purpose of Full Spectrum products we stock (i.e. those that contain THC) is for the health and wellbeing benefits due to the entourage effect of the multitude of cannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes.

None of the products we stock are considered high potency THC.

The highest THC content detected in the products we stock according to third party lab reports is in the EndoFlo Vape Pens at just under 1000μg of THC. These is not considered high potency THC.

We operate within the law of the United Kingdom. We are not aware of any legal means outside of medical care where one can obtain high strength THC.
